I don't have the NAPA catalog here, but NAPA sells a replacement door handle assembly with the square shaft but includes the lock mechanism in the door handle. So you don't have to make another hole in the door to put a lock, linkage, etc. The NAPA handle is not exactly the same shape as the PW, but put a coat of OD paint and it will be acceptable and make your rig a little more secure.
