I used the same bushings as my 89 Dodge Ram 100 on my 58 W-100.. They actually look the same, I think they are the same and, it lifted the cab off of the frame to body mounting brackets, about an inch. Robert auto parts in Mass. But it's probably more $ than your local Dodge dealer..... Don't have the phone # handy.
