Was one of the hoses they replaced from the pump to the hydro boost (pressure)? That hose has an internal liner to control turbulence/ sound. Liner may have separated from the hose & is now restricting flow in the system (liner should not be visible as shown in picture). Even if they replaced this hose it might be possible some of the original liner is lodged in the hydro boost unit. See link below.
