I have found that when I need a wrench or some socket that I don't already have, I can go to the web site for Snap On and order it there and most of the time I'll have it with in 4 to 5 days. This way I'll have already paid for it, plus I don't have to worry about trying to catch the driver of one of their tool trucks.
