mechanics 101 and diagnostics do not apply in the dealership service world. they insisted on aligning it first, even though i showed them the receipt from the alignment shop. i didn't pay for it. i'm aggravated because they just changed parts without a plan. now i potentially have a new ps box with old ps fluid and shavings in it. i also believe they will find the problem to be hydroboost related and will say, the parts we changed are are chargeable to you as they were bad too. they are talking to dodge's STAR group of mechanics who work on issues that the dealer cant solve. they've had the truck almost 1 month and just bought a pressure gauge last week. i don't need the grief. i paid good money for the truck and had every single service done on time, at the dealer and paid the dealer premium. never again. i would recommend that anyone on this page considering a dodge diesel to think twice. between the front end issues, the 6.7 being a dog vs the 5.9 and the poor dealer support i'd rather go back to GMC. they would never let something this simple go so far.
