looks to me like they used 24.5 wheels judging by the height of the tire and looks way to big for the truck

if you use the 22.5 rims and say 255/70R22.5 H you are 37 diameter or if you use a 245/75R22.5 G you are 37.6 and if you use a 265/75R22.5 G you are 38.9

38.9(equil of a 1100 16)
