With using the linkage dropped down instead of strait out it is a little longer of a push. That changes depending on how long the lever is. Shorter lever less push longer lever more push. I do have 3 levers of different length. The pivot point above the bellows rod can go up and down to change the throw also. Biggest thing that does not change is the Original throw of the old rod. I need to know how far it moves total before I can do anything in my figuring. Then I can figure the rest out from that point. So most of my adjustments will be done with the lever length and changing the height of the pivot above the bellows rod. Adjustment of the rod length is done with coupler nuts with locking nuts for fine tuning it. Lucky this is pretty easy to do compared to make a multitude of pivot points to come up with the right length of push one way or the other. More moving parts is a concern for wear and breakage or bending under force. Little wear on parts or movement makes the rod go in and out of adjustment working the master cylinder.
