First, is your truck going to be exposed to freezing temps during the days it will take to clean it and the engine? Second, ATF will mix rather well with water, Third, Flush the block and radiator with a garden hose hooked up to the heater hose or heater hose connections but DO NOT PRESSURIZE THE SYSTEM. Leave the radiator cap off when flushing the entire system. Fourth, Power flush your radiator like you did before. Fifth, run it drive it let it soak for at least 1 week if it's that plugged. It wont hurt anything and it will clean your engine block. Oh and on final flush open you block drains to flush out any remaining crud. Weather you go with a new radiator or the old one, after all your cleaning is done and you are ready for antifreeze add 1 cup of ATF and run it. It keeps the system clean and lubes the water pump. All of this is from a old time Mopar Mechanic that worked on these for a living from the the 1950's to 2000. The old boys had allot of knowledge and we are loosing them fast like our World War 2 Vets.
