One of our Mine Tour trolleys used to eat front tires really fast -- a new pair every season, with less than 1000 miles on them. The alignment shop said everything was fine but "maybe" the front axle was bent. Turns out it was the bushings in the rear suspension. The front end was just fine, but worn-out rear end bushings had the rear axle cocked relative to the frame. It wasn't enough to see at a glance, and nobody thought to check. It didn't eat rear tires because the rear had duals and most of the weight on it, so the rear axle "won" ever fight with the front axle. Got the bushings replaced and it stopped eating front tires and handled a lot better at highway speed as well.
