I see you don't have a winch PTO Shaft in the way? The rod is also on a angle and needs to meet the center of the bellows or you need linkage to take care of the angle it does not push right unless it goes in strait. I almost got my shop cleaned today and getting ready to move the truck into it. Once all the frost melts off of it and I can lay under it I can measure and take better pictures. I think I also have a lot more stuff down there then you do with my cables going to the back. Having the unit level up on top of the frame makes it easier to service and work on. As far as the linkage/rod to do it, that will be what it has to be and the easiest way to install it. I like your mock up. Try and slide that blade forward about 10 inches while on the rod to see how it still fits.
