Sounds dumb but pull your thermostat again and look close for junk around the opening. I can run my truck for a hour sitting still it gets up to 140 degs. I had your problem with my first PW and I flushed out the block and solved the problem. Now I did not use a garden hose either. I hooked my fire pump up to the hose going in the block and blew the crap out of it and lots of stuff came out. I moved so much water volume thru the block it stirred up all the stuff around the piston water jackets. You need to pull the thermostat first and not run that thru the radiator it can damage it. If you don't have a high volume water pump rent one for a 1/2 day. Blow the water one way then the other and do it till it is clean. You can flush the radiator the same way but be careful doing it. This is way cheaper than having a shop rip you off on parts and new radiators. If nothing comes out I will be surprised big time. Rental rates are cheap to just see if it fixes it. If it does not you did check the impeller on your pump that it is still complete and not wore off do to corrosion?
