I see the door frame; the structural part of the door not the frame it sits in; has cracks. I ran a crash bar from one side of the door to the other and this took the flex out of that area. Crash bar had tabs on the end which got welded to. Basically rose bud weld which where then ground flat.

One quick way that I did on a vintage door was to drill a hole through the door and drill another on the opposite side. Then ran a piece of tubing from one side to the other. Welded the tubing to the door on each end and then capped it.

On my Carryall I took off the door skins and built in a flange at the bottom and added an extra brace at the top. There are pictures on the thread. It takes a few hours to remove the skin. Most folks do not want to go to that extreme.
