It's a 2bbl BDL from a 318.
Most after market manifold are to fit with the OE mate. Iron headers fit under the stock intake manifold,, HP intakes fit above the stock exhaust. I made my own of both for best flow. Note the 360 degrees of elbows in the intake center runner, trying for equal friction, so not to overfill the center cyls and starve the ends. The headers used to be red too, with red header paint. The redness lasted about 15 minutes at speed then, turned black.
IIRC, I made 55 hp to the ground on a chassis dyno.
