G'day, I assume you know there's a specific order to do the adjustments and the shims and gaskets seal the main box? Imperative that the sector bushings are a firm fit on the sector shaft to limit or eliminate leakage at the shaft near the pitman arm, also important that the sector is centralized to the worm. Most of this is usually set-up on the bench. The grease you're using should make up for a little slop in the sector area and Permatex is the way to go.
