I live in NY so its not easy for you to look at a look at a conversion. I have done 5 conversions, Power Wagon, WC-53 Carryall, Power Giant W300, Dodge M37 and a Jeep CJ-7

Its just to involved to discuss by pounding a keyboard.
I seriously suggest you dont buy ANY parts before you totally understand whats involved.
You could end up buying parts that wont play with each other and loose a lot of money.
