I replaced both batteries in my '06 Dodge Ram 4 years ago with 7 year Delco batteries. This last Monday the truck wouldn't start. Turns out both batteries have failed. Nothing shows on the computer that would be draining them. A year ago I replaced one similar Delco on my W300, (which has two batteries for plowing). This battery was only 3 years old. This experience has led to the implanting of two new Optimas in my '06 CTD. I have had Optimas in my boats in the past and never had one that didn't outlast the warranty. Expensive, but worth it.
