Two 3 year batteries lasted me 7 years

One in my daily driver, one in the PW that get a couple hundred miles per year. Then both of the $40 batteries went dead within two weeks of each other. $200 for two $90 batteries with sales tax.Inflation. Bummer.

I would suspect something wrong with a car that goes dead in a few weeks. Stuck relay in the voltage regulator, funky wiring done by Gomer, alternator needs a diode in the exciter line? Wet battery box? Dirty battery on top?
