below is the hull design
bd looks the same on top as any other surfboard but the bottom is a whole nuther ballgame
we(henry fry was my partner) used to drive down to hermosa in my 71 w200 3sp on the column crew cab loaded with all the bds. and team riders driving thru all of martin retana s(his ranch but in c.r. you can t own the beach so there was a beach rd.) cattle gates to get to the best peak to test our designs
wish i had vids of those days--
note when i say best in the world i am flattering ourselves but it was some cool stuff
