I was concerned due to our mud/dirt during the winter getting in and out will mess up a paint job. I also do not live in town but on a 2 1/2 mile dirt road and a gravel driveway. Darn truck keeps getting dirty just sitting there not moving? I have washed it 3 times now just for the pictures! I primed and painted these first, then Herculiner Coated them. After they were good and dry I painted them again since that stuff goes flat and charcoal colored in the sun. This won't sand blast off it would take chemicals and a lot of work scraping. It gives some and the sand would just bounce. But thanks for the nice comment on the rest of looking good. I have some nice Gloss Painted 30" long side Tool Boxes going on soon right next to them to off set it and the outside of the bed will be glossy black or the same grey color haven't made up my mind yet but most likely grey.
