I don't know anything about the Power Giant dimentions,but I do know that for a 200 series 68 crew cab you should be looking for a front axle and springs from a 91-93 dodge cummins truck.They are pretty easy to find and run between $400-1000.(there are others that work,but these years are best)There are a few ways to attack the power steering, depending on your skills/wallett.
