Keep track of receipts, take plenty of pictures as you work on it, once it's done take pictures of the finished truck to your agent and they can send them to their people to determine what amount they will insure for. It's important to stay with original parts as much as possible and to note that with pictures, helps with value. Having it appraised by a vehicle appraiser does help.
