Got it welded on almost 30 ft of 2" x 3/16" Angle Iron to bolt the 3/16" Plate Steel bottom on to. Flux Core is easy to work with little smokey and dirty but welds nice. Skip welded a 2 1/2" long weld every 6" on the frame to hold it on. Need to run my big angle grinder brush on it to clean up the welds and splatter just on the frame. Now I am ready for the bottom to go on. There bending it up either today or tomorrow but the steel is at the machine shop. I will bolt 4 corners down and square, snap a chock line center punch all the holes and drill away for the 3/8" bolts I can still unbolt all this from the truck nothing is welded in the way. Another goods days work done before it got to dark!
