It has a sweptline bed, but when most people hear sweptline without a year attached they think of the 1961-1971 trucks. 1959 trucks use totally different frames and springs compared to 1961 and newer trucks so you need to ask if anyone has any experience putting a given axle into a 1959 or 1960 W100 or W200. I suspect it's harder to put a modern open knuckle into a 1959 than a 1961.
