Notice that OE rubber hoses are solidly attached on BOTH ends. Either through a hole in the frame or a bracket on the axle with a snap ring or nut.

I'd copy the front axle system of brackets welded to the axle housing. And I bet the OE front Dodge hoses will work too instead of the sexy braided SS with a needless banjo fitting.
