If they are in good, usable condition without the tires. I wouldn't buy them with tires on, I would want to see them apart and they would have to have all pieces parts too. Also, make sure all the rivets are in place. I was sold a set of rims and one of them was missing a rivet, of course, this wasn't disclosed before hand. :(
I recently saw a single combat rim go for $90, it was in great condition, blasted and ready to go. That was on Steel Soldiers. A good deal.
