It's been several years since the torch went out so I doubt they would do anything. I bought the machine a lot of years ago. It just left a bad taste in my mouth with their brand. An unneeded black eye on their part.
I did find out too that Hypertherm protects dealers on the selling of machines. Anyone can sell consumables but only one dealer ina "territory". I was pricing machines here and ended up being used as a pawn to get a supplier in deep do do for giving me a quote(in writing) on that 1100.
