After I flipped it I put it on my car hauler and back in the shop to do the 6 baffle chambers. To meet USFS Regs you needed 75% cover minimum to stop fast moving water off road throwing the truck around. No smooth bore tanks allowed. These were really hard to get all plump and flush cause the steel dose not give if your off! All edges had to fit against the sides, top and bottom. I was also working by myself. Learned ways to strap it for the extra hands. Put tabs one the edge to hold the sides from slipping off there was only a 1/2" lip figured all the way around they sat on to weld. I did get help to lift the side plates up then strapped them on. Welded little tabs inside to pull the plates flat with a ratchet strap. 48 gussets welded inside for more strength. When I sat the top on it laid flat. Had to drill it all the way around take it off re/drilled the cover a size larger put the studs in the bottom and re/fit the lid to bolt it back on. Worried the holes would not line back up but they did.
