This was the Largest Home I ever wired back in 1993. Took 2 boilers just to heat it. A electrical contractor friend I knew got in over his head on this one. He asked me to help him wire it cause it had a 600 amp service with back up generators. It was insanely big for a couple and a 6 year old to live in. The part I don't understand is why it is only going for $850.000.00 when it cost more than that to build it??? Something fishey here a lot of cash was paid to the builders and he had something to do with flood insurance nation wide. No names Took months to wire it and sub panels all over the place because the runs were so long. All Hi Tech lighting controls with main computers in the attic. Had run ways to get around in it to all the equipment. They always fought even when it was almost done. This job makes the 6X6 a easy one to remember. over 100,000 feet of wire in the house to track and make up. Seeing your picture made me want to look up the Greystone Manor in Arlington, WA and see if there was a picture of it and WOW it is for sale so cheap???? Talk about blowing money!
