I read you have a new radiator and a rebuilt engine, but review:
-radiator clogged with silt/rust?
-radiator hoses reinforced type or flexi when hot?
-new water distribution tube at rebuild? Was the old one removed before new one installed?
-block cleaned of all silt?
-did you really remove all the freeze plugs and clean the inside?
-water pump replaced?
-thermostat checked in a pan of boiling or hot water?
