Anyway, they are all good products. And they claim they are made right here, in Sagle, Idaho, just on the other side of the lake from Sandpoint. Colin also sells some very nice quality trailers.
As for concern about the tire straps if the tire(s) go flat, chains or straps around the axles or the frame will slacken if the tires lose enough air, so either make sure the tires don't go flat, or, if they are prone to going flat, let the air out before you strap it down.
I personally still prefer chains carefully placed with some chain binders that are probably as old as I am.
Whatever method you use, common sense should prevail. Stop and check everything once in a while, especially if the roads are not all paved and smooth, unlike a lot of our roads here. :)
