Had a 1980 Plymouth Horizon TC3. They came with a 1.7 VW engine and was less than a dog. If I was pulling out on a highway, I would literally have to wait until there was no one coming for 1/2 mile. Plus side, gave $300 for it and it got about 30mpg.
