You'll need to sign up with a free picture hosting site like Photobucket. Once you are signed up with them you upload the pic there. When that is done, they will give you a "direct link" to your pic that you copy and paste into the "Optional Image Link" box below.
It is not as hard as it sounds. There are many picture hosting sites that are free, Photobucket is just the one I use.
