It depends on the type of work that you plan to do as to which tread type you select. If you are going to just do loader and backhoe work the industrial tread is much more friendly to the earth on job sites and does not do as much damage to the earth surface. Agricultural type tires really chew up the ground on job sites and will dig ruts when wheel slippage occurs. Don't ask me how I learned this information!
