But what a dweeb! Who in their right mind videotapes themselves opening a box of something they ordered? It looks to me like after a bit of back-and-forth the company offered to send him a brand new kit of whatever-it-was and let him keep the old one, used or not. What more does he want? And now he's going to go to court and provide "laboratory forensic testing"? Does "Mr Koch" have a life? I think the guy is actually for real, but all that legalese, along with the apparent fantasy that any of us all over the Internet would give a rat's *ss about his troubles, suggests he's either one seriously bitter or he's a few bricks shy of a load. It appears from his email address that he's actually a lawyer at a real law firm where "Mr. Koh's practice includes representing clients in commercial disputes of all types including real estate litigation, goods sold and delivered cases, business torts..." Either somebody is trying to make him look like a fool, or if he really started this whole thing himself, he's mighty desperate for business. And we're supposed to be impressed that he's had an Amex card for 29 years and that his neighbor is a sailor? (the guy apparently doesn't want to get his hands dirty himself) At least we stand advised never to sell anything to a Mr. Koh (or Mr. Koch, it's not clear which).
