I probably run my truck harder than most people. I'm running diff locks, V8, power steering, and 38/11/16 Boggers on beadlocks. Mine came loose awhile back also. I had to borrow 2 bolts out of the bumper to get it back to town. When i got home I took it all the way apart so I could see the inside of the knuckle where the bolt tips end up when tight. I took some new grade-8 bolts, marked and cut them down, so that I had maximum thread engagement into the knuckle housing, then used red loctite, and hardened SAE washers, instead of the regular spring lock washers that were on it when I bought it. And torqued it to spec. I think the spring lock washers get brittle and break apart, leaving a loose bolt. At least that was what I figured must have happened in my case.
