I spread out the parts. Looks like I can use the 2- threaded box adapters to fit under the door jam sides and bolt them in for the Shoulder Belts Bolt. They fit under the lip good with minor modifications to the body metal under the head liner. There are 2 other threaded plates I can use for the floor bolts on the other end of the safety belt.
