120 would be a better number, but depends on gauge, temp and other stuff, the fact that it's even is a good thing and it will usually improve as the engine gets back to operating again. Oil pressure is related to engine rpm's in these engines, so 10 at very low idle is pretty good and 30 at 30mph will be ok as well. From your description I would say you have an engine at around it's half life or a bit better and wouldn't have any problems running it to see how it develops.
Did you grind the cylinder head and check the block for level when you had the head off?
