Crazy part of this is all sorts of Civilian American vehicles are being purchased by ISIS and shipped out of the states. Toyotas and Ford F350 are quite popular.
This is nuts. A honest guy gets screwed by a poorly worded and designed regulation.
Weird thing is I purchased a Military bivie sack and it was hassle free.
