Whether hot or cold, the lever is fully CCW and the spring is exerting pretty firm pressure to keep it there. I couldn't say for sure if it has more force when hot or when cold, but it pushes it all the way CCW regardless. So, is the spring supposed to have more force when it's hot, or when it's cold? I'm thinking maybe it's been put together wrong or has the wrong spring or something. But for now I just want to make sure I have it set to the "no heat" position. If it takes longer to warm up, so be it, but I don't want to carbon up the exhaust passages and vapor-lock the carb.
