I spray my Brake Bleeder with penetrating fluid first and use a boxed end wrench to remove them. I also use a hammer to tap the wrench to break it lose if it won't turn before I mess it up. If that dose not get it out I have this little vice grip that grips them good to use. You can also use a small sharp chisel and cut into the side of the bleeder and tap it the right direction like the screws on the drums need once in a while. If it gets messed up I replace it with another one after getting it out. Impact works great on these things to bust the rust seal on the threads by shock which is way more pressure than you can do with a wrench turning it.
