I don't know if pancreas pain is worse than kidney stone pain(did you have some of those to pass?) but I found that sitting on the couch watching TV and passing a stone was worse than laying on the creeper passing a stone installing some cotter pins in the transfer case linkage. May as well do something you enjoy. Take Care.
