Rear brakes on most trucks designed for loads are usually bigger than the fronts, probably means something. Your 6x6 has same size brakes all round and no proportioning valve, so double the braking capacity on the back end. Unless you plan to run it over 55 mph all the time, why would you even mess with the original design? Probably won't affect you, but I know a guy who lives on the Arctic circle, converted M37 to disks only to find the snow build up freezes the disk/rotors so the wheels won't turn, just one problem with messing with the original design.
