I certainly don't claim to be the worlds expert on all options for PG's. I just have never seen in any Dodge manual or option list, that they offered a tissue dispenser as a factory option. I was wrong once before, but I would guess it was a aftermarket product somebody bought at an auto parts store long ago, and installed. If not, then it would be one of the rarest options I have ever heard of.
PS Want to buy a NOS 'MOPAR' 12v. razor to go with it?
