So we have a Lotus towed in for a overheating problem. Customer was on his way to meet the new owner to transfer it. We are busy and it was a surprise. He wants it back right away. I have a talk with him and let him know we will do the best that we can but do expect right away. So we do manage to get it back on the road in 2 days. He calls every day in the morning and afternoon to check on it. I call him today and leave a message. He calls back around 5. I tell him its fixed and hes very happy. Then he tells me O hes out of town till NEXT FREAK-EN Friday if i dont mind just put it aside and he will pick it up then. I wont get in to what we talked about after that. Drives me over the edge. Bill.
