If you're talking about the floor section that goes over the transmission, I found the ones for my '70 at an auto body store - they're called caged nuts, and they're a square 5/16" nut inside a spring clip that has a lip on either side that catches the edge of the square hole in the floor pan. I broke all four of the ones that were left, I guess they get brittle with age. I think I paid $5-10 for a box of 25. I set one side of the cage in the hole and then pushed the other side in with a screwdriver until it snapped over the edge. Good luck.
