Wow! That certainly makes the definition of what is truly a POWER WAGON vs. what we generally refer to as a Power Wagon even more difficult. You have a large chunk of the 1963 TW POWER WAGON still there. Just out of curiosity, how is it registered, as a 54, or 63? What year is the 440, and tranny? When people are buying and selling modified vehicles, it pays to know the facts. You want to end up with what you were after and not to have been duped. Would a POWER WAGON cab bolted to a D100 frame still be a PW? In my opinion, no, but if the owner wants to call it a PW or Lexus, or Escalade, that's his (or her) perogative. If it rolled of the assembly line with POWER WAGON emblems, no one would say its not a PW, that's easy, but if the truck is modified, it gets trickier. If one is an obsessive-compulsive neurotic, then that person may need a frontal lobectomy, not lobotomy, as it is mistakenly referred to, and there may be a few who like to inject his (oops, their) comments ocassionally on this forum that would benefit from this procedure.
