Disk brake conversion on W300

I have a 1967 W300 that needs brakes. I see that Helitool has a disk brake conversion kit for W300. Has anyone tried this conversion on a W300 (or W100, W200, or PW, for that matter)? What do you think of the kit? Also, my truck hasn't had front brakes since I got it, so I don't know how the drum brakes would work and feel. But, in general, how much better would the disk brakes work as compared to new drum brakes? Thanks...
