Well, I hate the ones that are too bright and aimed incorrectly. I do think it is a good idea, however, to have them.

For instance, I can get an adapter that plugs into my truck that will turn my headlights into daylights. In the descr1ption it is stated to less as bright than the regular night lights.

There probably should be a law of how bright these lights can get and how they are aimed. But hey, how many times at night have you been blinded by highbeams, headlights pointed incorrectly or off road lights being turned on to drive down the road? Heck, just the other day I was following a Jeep that had fog lights on the rear (to help backup I suppose) that were still ON while driving down the road!! THAT'S annoying!
