M-715 with winch

OK, not a Dodge but this truck belongs to the Marine who started me collecting Dodges almost 20 years ago.
Due to health reasons, my Father in Law is selling his M715 W/W, it runs, has the correct soft top,and a M series heater. He wants $2800 for it.
Needs brake work from sitting this last hunting season. His number is 252-633-4078, and his name is Art Harger.
