I had not noticed the wing windows. But yes, you are correct. They should not be there for a Closed Cab Pickup. There are two ways they could be there. One is to use civilian doors, and the other is to round the upper rear corner of an Ambulance door, as some had wing windows. However, because doors are interchangable, that does not prove the cab.

However, I took a close look at the interior photo. The windshield is propped out. There are no side arms from the corners of the cab to the windshield. If you look closely just above the center of the dash, you'll see a crank. The military cab did not use this crank. The reason is the military windshield swings up to nearly horizontal, and the civvie crank only cracks the windshield a few inches, about what you see in the photo. It is possible to convert this cab to military and alter the windshield, but that was not done here. It's clearly a civilian cab.
